1. General Use & Rentals
This website and its content are provided for your personal and non-commercial use. The content, including text, images, and inflatable rental information, is our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site without our express written consent.
Rental Terms: 25% non-refundable deposit required. Full payment 48 hours prior. Cancellations: 14+ days = full refund. Customer provides flat 15x15ft+ setup area. No liability for injuries from safety rule violations.

3. Privacy

You agree not to use our website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the proper functioning of the site. Prohibited actions include:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmitting malicious code or viruses

Booking rentals without adult supervision capability

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or rental equipment. Inflatables provided “as is.” Customer assumes risk for misuse, weather, or supervision failures. Damages to equipment = full repair cost.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and the United States, with venue in Seminole County, FL.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued site use constitutes acceptance.
